MEET BRUCE!

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to connect with and celebrate Cohort 8 scholar, Bruce Nyandemo!

Upon graduating from Polytech HS, Bruce enlisted as a Reservist in the United States Marine Corps and recently graduated from Basic Combat Training. After a short-stint home to see family and friends, Bruce heads back today for Military Occupational Speciality (MOS) School where he will work towards becoming a Motor Transport Operator.

Once he completes MOS School in December, Bruce will begin his college career at Shenandoah University in January where he plans to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. Bruce will also be a midfielder on the men’s lacrosse team.
