When we prepare our highest achieving high schoolers for success in competitive four-year colleges and universities, we're not only changing the careers of the scholars who participate in our program; we're contributing to the local economy and fabric of our community.

While not all students who participate in the DCS program will return home after college, many will. The ones who do return to Delaware will be the leaders and innovators that propel our state forward in so many ways.
